Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in the city of Orange in California. Alongside my amazing partner JP as well as my happy dad Henry. The majority of people are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung, where I share my daily life, highs, lows, and all in between. I moved to America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was just one and a half years old. older. I wouldn't be here sharing my life for you were it not because my parents are devoted to dedication and hard work. Since I was confident that I would be a successful person and I wanted to succeed and make my parents happy. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to college graduate land a corporate job get married buy the house, and then have kids. Although I was convinced that this was the definition of successful, my life was not following the strategies. The money and the status of my position was not what I wanted to be. I believed that I had wasted my time for a paycheck. When I started to take steps towards my new life path I discovered that personal training was my passion. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being around people and helping people. The business I started in the year 2014. I am celebrating my seventh anniversary this year. There are a few Asian females working in the field. As a coach I'm determined to be a positive influence by providing quality training to assist others in becoming healthier and happier. My goal is for me to help others chase their goals and lead the lives they've always wished for. As I started my career, the death of my mother was the greatest blow to my life. In Heaven she is now in peace following an eight-year fight against Scleroderma. But I still carry her with me and think of her every day. It is true that life has the capacity to give us the exact thing we require even if we're not able to grasp the lessons at the time. My mother's death changed me so much and I believe she gave me a second chance in life. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance I was given a second chance of living a happy, fulfilled and meaningful life. In my 30's, I feel more alive than ever. I am able to say that I live my life today instead of merely living as I did in the past. In sharing the tale of my life, it is in the hope that others can relate to my experiences and thoughts. In order to feel that they are not alone. Also, that there exists true love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and not abnormal. Also, wellness is your greatest wealth. It is my prayer that you experience life at its best and have no regrets about the final hours of your life. The death of a person is the only guarantee in the world.
